PP Woven Rolls

PP woven fabric in roll shape is made from PP plastic. With high mechanical strength and stiffness, its main purpose is to create mechanical strength for the product, helping the packaging to withstand horizontal, vertical tension, traction force and impact force.

PP fabric is created by spinning thread, then being woven into tubular fabric with sizes ranging from 35 to 70cm.
There are two types of PP woven fabrics currently available on the market:

• Transparent woven PP
• Opaque woven PP

Pure woven PP fabric is transparent, highly glossy on the surface, colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic. In the process of manufacturing PP woven products, most packaging companies will add a little additives to increase the ability of separating PP layers and reduce costs, the additives which are used usually containing CaCO3 such as: Rock flour and Taical
